Scotland 1811

Carmarthen Journal, 13 April 1811

   At Cambuslang, on Monday last, as two boys were amusing themselves at the play of hounds and hare, they ascended a tree, from which was suspended a swinging rope.  One of them accidentally got entangled in it by the neck, and was suffocated before assistance could be procured.
