R v Welch & Powell


Mr. Drummond, counsel for the prosn, states that he abandons this charge.

Mr. Mayburgh, Act. Cr. Advocate, gives his consent in open Court for such abandonment.

Let the prisoner Welch be discharged from custody.  Powell is awaiting his sentence for the offence of which he was y'day found guilty.
