Regina v. George Tucker
Indictment - Housebreaking and stealing a plated pitcher.
Plea - Guilty.
Sentence - 6 months from date of conviction & then to be deported unless he can find security.

The prisoner is unable to give the required security and the sentence of deportation is confirmed. But on the certificate of the Doctor prisoner is sent to the General Hospital, and his deportation remains in abeyance for the present.
