St. John's in Antigua, November 24.
Very early last Sunday Morning, the 19th, a Duel was fought at Frigat-Bay, in St. Christopher's, by Matthew Mills, Esq., late of London, Merchant, and Mr. John Barbot, an Attorney at Law, of that Island, when the former was unfortunately killed on the spot.
