Aden, Nov. 2. - The Aden Supreme Court ruled today that it had no jurisdiction to make Helen Bradley, the seven-year-old daughter of Stephen Leslie Bradley, a ward of court.  Bradley was committed to prison two days ago to await extradition to Australia in connection with the murder of Graeme Thorne, aged eight, who was kidnapped in Sydney.
Today's Aden decision means that Bradley's second wife, Mrs. Magda Bradley, is free to continue her journey from Australia to England with Helen and two other children. A.P.
