            Lawrence de Grassa put to the Bar Vide Indictment No. 6.

            An interpreter Sworn, and the indictment being interpreted to him, he pleads Not Guilty.

            Mr William Marcell Sworn, says that the Prisoner was servant to him about two months, that on the 5th day of August, he was brought to his house by a man of the name of Green, with a piece of Check this property.

            Acquitted and recommended Green to bequest on the stores.
