[59] Sir,
I cannot hear of any other witnesses in the case
of the King versus Thomas Miller, than the Black Natives, and as
you inform me in your Letter of 16th Jan last, that, they are not
Competent witnesses in a Criminal Court,
I shall not forward them to Sydney.
