Sir,
Not having been favoured with a reply to my letter of the 19 th ultimo, respecting the alleged Murder, of certain Black Natives at Liverpool Plains, sometime ago, I am now directed by His Excellency the Governor to transmit to you the annexed Copy, and to request your early attention to it, [in margin "19 March 1828 Copy"]
