Macquarie Law School hosts a range of journals reflective of the breadth and strength of research undertaken in the School's research centres and among academic staff.

  • The Macquarie Law Journal was launched in 2001 and has been the primary carriage for articles reflecting year long seminar series held within the School, as well as attracting legal scholarship from around Australia and internationally.
  • Macquarie Journal of International and Comparative Environmental Law is produced within the Centre for International & Environmental Law and is unique for providing both comparative and international perspectives on contemporary environmental law challenges. 
  • Legal History is edited by Professor Andrew Buck and reflects Macquarie's long-standing strength and international reputation in this area of law. 
  • Dr. Alexander Zahar is the Editor-in-Chief of Climate Law, which focuses on scholarship addressing climate change and the law.
