Appeal of Arthur Hogue Esqre. to dismiss an appeal by Simeon Lord from Gov decision of 18 May 1812, confirming Court of Civil Jurisdiction against Lord for £1143..6..6 - Hogue wants appeal dismissed for non pros: referred to Committee.
