Victoria is poorly served by law reporting. We have begun to publish cases from this jurisdiction, but only as a temporary measure. A major effort is needed to recover the case law from the newspapers and archives.

This site concentrates on the decisions of the Supreme Court, and on reports first published by the Argus. These cases can be found through the National Library of Australia's Australian Newspapers online site.
