Lundy Island

The Cambrian, 14 June 1828

   Thursday se'nnight, as a pilot, belonging to Pill, was gathering gulls' eggs on Lundy Island, having missed his footing, he fell at least 300 feet, and was dashed to pieces.  The unfortunate man has left a wife and four children to lament his loss.
