THE CRIMEA.
A fire occurred in the huts of the Commissariat Work Corps, on the slope above Kadikoi, on the night of St. Patrick's Day. Assistance was speedily rendered, but the huts were entirely consumed, and sixteen bodies were found next day, burnt beyond recognition. An inquest was held, and a verdict of "Accidental death" returned. [From The Times, 22 March.]
