LAW315 Constitutional Law and Administration II - 3 credit points

This unit continues from LAW314. A first part considers the absence of a bill of rights from the Commonwealth and NSW Constitutions and the extent to which nevertheless rights or freedoms appear in them, either expressly or by implication. A second and larger part provides an introduction to Commonwealth and NSW administrative law: topics include review of administrative action by courts, by tribunals or by an ombudsman, and freedom of information.
