International and Comparative Law: The recognition of Customary Law in the South Pacific. Community based conservation of marine areas in South Pacific Island states.
Heritage Law: The protection of cultural heritage in times of armed conflict. Protection of underwater cultural heritage
Business Law: Sustainable enterprise. Biotechnology, environmental and intellectual property law. Environmental ethics and the pharmaceutical industries.
