Background
Juliette joined Macquarie University in January 2004,
having previously practised as a corporate and commercial lawyer for more than
10 years. Juliette has worked as a senior lawyer at leading Australian law firms
Mallesons Stephen Jaques and Gilbert
& Tobin, and as Australian legal counsel for the global technology company
Cisco Systems, Inc. She has extensive practical
experience in all aspects of corporate and commercial law.
Juliette lectures in the business law undergraduate
program in BUSL301: Corporations
Law and in the LLB program in LAW406: Business Organisations
She is married with two small children.
