First Semester 2008

LIMITING LEVIATHAN: LAW AND LIBERTY

This seminar series addresses the relationship between State power and the rights of individuals and minorities in contemporary law. The papers in this series are interdisciplinary and comparative. The seminars will showcase the scholarship of researchers and practitioners from Australia and around the world.
