Macquarie Law offers postgraduate programs for lawyers and non-lawyers. We offer research degrees - Ph.D and MPhil across the full range of legal research. We also offer coursework programs which draw upon the research and teaching excellence in the Division in the areas of banking and financial regulation, commercial law, international trade and commerce law, environmental law, international environmental law, and local government law.
