Centre for Comparative Legal History
Centre for Comparative Legal History is comprised of researchers located in the Division of Law, Macquarie University. Together with a large number of research associates from a consortium of international universities, they are dedicated to the study of legal development and the historical relationship between law and society in comparative perspective. Current topics being studied by researchers in the Centre for Comparative Legal History include:

- history of legal profession
- historical study of inheritance

- colonial judges
- Australian & Canadian legal development
