EDITOR

The Editor has responsibility for the publication of the journal with the advice and guidance of the editorial committee.

EDITORIAL COMMITTEE

The editorial committee is responsible for the academic standards of the journal. The committee chooses a theme for each addition and nominates guest editors to promote the theme and review submissions.

STUDENT EDITORS

Each year, ten students studying the Bachelor of Laws at Macquarie participate in editorial work for the journal as part of the elective Unit LAW433 Macquarie Law Journal.

The unit introduces students to the practical and academic aspects of legal publication. Under the supervision of the editor, students learn about the process of assessing and refereeing academic legal work and practice their legal research and editorial skills in the preparation of the journal for publication.
