About the Macquarie Law Journal
The Macquarie Law Journal is the initiative of the Department of Law in the Division of Law at Macquarie University. It is published annually, both in hard copy and online, each volume having a special theme.
Manuscripts are refereed by means of double-blind, peer review.
The MqLJ is published online in PDF format by the Division (see 'Past Volumes' above). From 2005 (including past volumes) it will also be published online in HTML format by the Australasian Legal Information Institute (AustLII): http://www.austlii.edu.au - this will increase its national and international profile.
