Macquarie Law School
Non-Award Study
The Law School will consider Non-Award applications from suitably qualified persons, including lawyers from foreign jurisdictions who are seeking to fulfil admission requirements to practice in Australia (please contact the Legal Profession Admission Board to determine criteria for admission in New South Wales). The Dean of Law will determine whether an applicant has a sufficient academic background to meet the assessment requirements of that unit.
All Non-Award subjects are offered in Distance Mode only. Non-award enrolment is on a tuition fee basis together with an application fee. Please note that tuition fees are subject to change each calendar year. Please contact the Centre for Open Education for more details.
See the Centre for Open Education's Non Award website at: www.coe.mq.edu.au/nonawd.htm.
To undertake further studies, students must gain entry to the Distance LLB program after completing Non-Award units. Information about the LLB program is available online at: www.coe.mq.edu.au/distance_other.html
