Dr Steve Hatfield Dodds is a Senior Policy Economist
at the CSIRO Division of Land and Water, based in Canberra,
Australia.
Prior to joining CSIRO, Steve was a senior member
of The Allen Consulting Group, one of Australia's
leading public policy consultancies, where he led or
contributed to a number of influential reports dealing
with environmental taxation. Before this Steve was the
senior economist in the Commonwealth Department of Environment
and Heritage, and a senior policy advisor in the Treasury
Department; where he worked on environmental policy,
taxation and industry policy.
