Richard's interest stems from his experience in the administration of and research into anti-dumping and countervailing measures and his involvement in the socio-economic assessment of industrial environmental effects. Richard has recently completed some research into the expected outcomes of the trade and environment negotiations in the Doha WTO Round. Richard believes that there are remarkable cross-overs between the issues involving dumping administration and environmental regulation.
