Dr Andreas N. Skouloudis is the Senior Scientific Officer of the European Commission at the Directoraite General for the Joint Research Centres. He is responsible for the strategy on Sustainable Environmental Applicationsfor the framework programs until 2010. For ten years he was the scientifc coordinator of the two (European) AutoOil programs. Key assessment on 5 European Directives for the abatement of atmospric pollution.
