Petar leads the delivery of a national environmental labelling program in Australia - the Good Environmental Choice Program and has an ongoing interest in the areas of life cycle assessment, design for environment and integrated product policy. He is also the Executive Officer of the Australian National Biocentre which is currently undertaking a feasibility assessment for the establishment of an Australian National Centre for Sustainability in Canberra. He was previously manager for the Ministerial Council Working Group for Product Stewardship within the electronic and electrical product sector and has been involved in similar schemes which seek to deliver a transparent market regarding the environmental loads of products and consumer behaviour.
