Australia

Wayne Gumley BSc LLM, is a Senior Lecturer in Law at the Department of Business Law and Taxation at Monash University, Caulfield Campus. He commenced his career as a legal practitioner in regional Victoria and then joined Australian Government Solicitor¹s Office where he acted as Principal Legal officer on a wide range of administrative and revenue law matters. He joined Monash in 1992 as a lecturer in taxation and commercial law, and has developed research interests in taxation law and environmental policy.
