Richard has worked for many years in the area of taxation as Secretary of the Association for Good Government in Sydney. In 1995 he wrote the chapter on Environmental Economics in a textbook entitled 'Understanding Economics'. Since then Richard has written journal articles and leaflets relating taxation to the environment.
