Stéphane Gallon, professor of Economy and head of the Environmental Liability, Risk and Insurance Division, manages a multidisciplinary team assessing environmental risks. He previously served as the energy economist in the Ministry of Economy and Finance, where one of his tasks was to advise the Minister on new energy taxes.
