Victor Cramer has a Masters Degree in Political Science at the University of Amsterdam. He specialized in European research policy and sustainable development. He started 1n 1996 as consultant on that subject with the Dutch Ministry of Economic affairs. Since 2001 he is working at the ministry of Finance on environmental taxation.
