Biography

Catherine completed her Bachelor of Social Science (Politics major) with Law (Hons) at Macquarie University, which included an Honours Thesis in Constitutional Law where she argued against reforming the judicial appointments process in Australia.
Nearing the end of her studies, she was offered a position as a Summer Intern with the New South Wales Law Reform Commission, where she continued on for a further 6 months after the internship was completed. This allowed her to develop a key understanding of the law drafting and reform processes, and led to an increased passion for the legal duties and powers of government.

Catherine has completed her coursework studies with the College of Law and will be admitted to practice as a solicitor in NSW sometime in 2014.
