Clinical Programs
MU-CEL has introduced this new unit which will be offered in both semesters on an annual basis. Because enrolment is limited to twelve students per semester and sufficient time is required to arrange placements at other institutions, students are advised to apply early and discuss their interests and availability with the course conveners.
LAW 878/879 Environmental Law and Policy Clinic ( Prof. Michael Jeffery)
The unit will provide students with the techniques and procedures used to resolve environmental law and policy issues. It provides for clinical placement opportunities that expose students to real people, real situations and real legal problems and policy initiatives. This unit enables students to give practical effect to skills learnt in the other units.
