There is a limited amount of availability at
these hotels and will be booked on a first come, first served basis
Travelodge Hotel
- AUD129.00 per night – room only- Single/ Double or Twin room
- 3 Star hotel located within the grounds of Macquarie University
- The Hotel does not have a restaurant but the rooms have a basic kitchenette. There is a major shopping centre 5 minutes walk away
MGSM Executive Hotel
- AUD140.00 – room only or AUD155.00 incl breakfast per night – single or
AUD150.00 room only or AUD170.00 incl breakfast for double - 4 Star hotel located within the ground of the University
- Dial up internet in room, mini bar, guest laundry, room service, restaurant
- Access to high speed internet, bar.
Stamford Grand Hotel
- AUD 190.00 per night - single/double – Palm Suite
- 4 ½ - 5 Star hotel located approximately 5-10 minutes walk from the University
- Mini bar, Swimmimg pool and spa, room service, laundry, tennis court, restaurant and bar Gymnasium. All rooms are large in size
- All the facilities that you’d expect from a Luxury hotel.
Other Accomodation
To facilitate the attendance of participants from developing countries, indigenous communities and those with families Macquarie University is able to provide a limited number of subsidised apartments and college dormitory accommodation. Intending participants from developing countries, indigenous communities and with families who would be interested in this accommodation can request further information by emailing infoiucn@law.mq.edu.au indicating the number of people for whom such accommodation is sort.
How to book your accommodation
Room numbers are limited. Please email your requests as soon as possible
Click on the link below and include the following information in the email
- Full name ( as per passport)
- The hotel you wish to book ( subject to availability) and an alternative hotel
- Arrival and departure date from the hotel
- Special requests eg. Non-smoking room
- Credit card details including expiry dates ( credit cards will be charged 35 days prior to arrival ). Cancellation fees apply within 35 days
- We will then confirm the information via email direct to you.
