The Issues Paper "Rethinking Life-Sustaining Measures: Questions for Queensland" briefly outlines the law that applies in Queensland and raises 14 separate issues that have been identified as being problematic. The issues are discussed through the use of case studies and questions are posed to generate comment on individual issue.

Sports Medicine Law - Postgraduate law subject at Melbourne Law School
The subject will consider selected topics from the medico-legal aspects of sports. The primary focus will be upon analysing the legal relationship between the sports medicine professional and the athletepatient, especially in the context of team sports where responsibilities are divided between athlete and team. The subject will incorporate selective study of number of legal disciplines including negligence, confidentiality and anti-discrimination law.
